About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization building AI-native productivity applications at global scale. Our talent team is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join their leadership in Hong Kong.
This is a critical executive role overseeing group-wide operations and execution across multiple business units, functions, and markets. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and ensuring fast, accountable execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Transform organizational priorities into clear targets, ownership assignments, timelines, and comprehensive operating plans
- Lead operating reviews to identify underperforming businesses, teams, or projects and drive corrective action
- Resolve cross-functional challenges spanning product development, technology, operations, talent management, and commercial teams
- Design and implement processes for strategic planning, performance management, accountability frameworks, and resource allocation
- Establish operating infrastructure for new business ventures, market expansions, and team formations
- Identify and eliminate organizational structures and processes that impede execution velocity
- Take direct ownership of critical initiatives when execution gaps or unclear accountability emerge

- Proven track record building and scaling operations within technology companies, startups, or high-growth environments
- Experience owning company-wide execution across multiple markets or business units
- Deep understanding of business metrics, operating models, and organizational design principles
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose underperformance in businesses or teams and implement effective solutions
- Highly analytical mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
- Hands-on operating style with comfort working directly with data, processes, and teams at all levels
- Executive presence and leadership experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
