Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Karlsruhe seeking a sales support specialist for individual portfolio management, private banking, and corporate clients.

In this role, you will work within a pooled support structure, assisting clients with individual portfolio management across private banking and corporate customer segments. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing sales support within the customer advisory area
• Managing individual portfolio custody services
• Preparing asset reporting using internal systems
• Supporting controlling activities and derivatives trading operations
• Preparing presentation materials and advisory tools
• Assisting with documentation and regulatory compliance requirements
• Processing administrative tasks related to portfolio matters and creating new technical infrastructure for securities clients
• Organizing client events
• Serving as a multiplier and co-designer of internal information management for securities business
• Identifying cross-selling potential from a holistic approach and coordinating with network partners

What We're Looking For

• Qualified bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification
• Specialized securities training or certifications
• Experience in the high-net-worth segment
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and securities operations
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
