Senior Field Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Field Enablement Manager to support their enterprise sales function across EMEA markets including the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions focused on ramp and ongoing training that improve enterprise seller performance and productivity across EMEA
• Administer program certifications by scoring submissions against established rubrics and providing structured feedback to participants
• Conduct field listening through call shadows, one-on-ones, and syncs with sales leaders to maintain a pulse on business needs and identify skill gaps
• Lead reinforcement activities including role plays, deal clinics, and skill practice sessions that connect training to real customer scenarios
• Partner with curriculum, program management, and operations teams to share field insights and co-build content that addresses emerging needs
• Build trusted relationships with first-line enterprise sales leaders to diagnose challenges and deliver ad hoc training
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, synthesize field feedback, and model effective technology use for the teams you train

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related go-to-market role supporting enterprise sales or customer success teams in a SaaS or technology environment
• Multi-country EMEA experience is strongly preferred, with proven ability to adapt programs across diverse regional markets
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering engaging training sessions to senior, sophisticated audiences in both live and virtual formats
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Sandler (certification a plus)
• Solid business acumen and comfort using performance data and qualitative insights to inform enablement decisions
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
• Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented with the ability to build trust quickly across sales teams and cross-functional partners
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently across a large geographic region
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
• Willing and able to travel approximately 25% across EMEA
