Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential media and events organization based in London. We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join their growing creative team in a full-time, onsite capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all creative output.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets based on briefs from the marketing team, including banner ads, social media posts, email designs, illustrations, and animations
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver best-in-class work
• Ensure brand consistency across all brand channels and touchpoints
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns and website updates
• Approach design briefs with a conceptual mindset
• Stay current with the latest design innovations and trends

What We're Looking For

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
• Ability to learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the team
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail
• Passion and curiosity about design innovation
• HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey messages clearly
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to high-quality work
• Driven and ambitious mindset
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Problem-solving abilities with capacity to work calmly under pressure

Location & Working Arrangement: This role is onsite Monday to Friday at our client's London offices near Buckingham Gate. The team operates at a fast pace and values in-person collaboration.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £25,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
