Talent Acquisition Specialist at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a dynamic events and media organization in London, and we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate recruitment strategy sessions and candidate meetings with senior leadership
• Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive outreach
• Manage the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening and initial candidate assessment
• Take ownership of the applicant tracking system, including posting and updating job descriptions
• Maintain synchronization between recruitment platforms and ensure data accuracy
• Report to senior recruitment leadership on pipeline progress and candidate quality

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone who brings:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (essential)
• Natural interpersonal skills and the ability to put candidates at ease
• Strong ownership mentality with proactive follow-through on commitments
• Genuine curiosity about people and a desire for continuous learning and development
• No prior recruitment experience required—our client will provide comprehensive training

This is a 12-month position based onsite in London (Buckingham Gate area) with potential to transition into a permanent role. The start date is flexible.
