UI / UX Designer TEAMBOX (m/w/d) – Hamburg

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in the professional services automation space, seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their product team in Hamburg. Our client develops software solutions trusted by thousands of companies across the DACH region, and they're currently undertaking an exciting product redesign initiative.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of an established B2B platform used daily by agencies, consultancies, and project-based service providers. You'll work closely with product management and development teams in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment where your design perspective truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX solutions in Figma based on product management concepts, providing active feedback from a design perspective rather than simply executing specifications
• Create and optimize user experience flows to ensure the software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
• Lead and contribute to a major product redesign initiative, evolving the design language and visual identity
• Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to understand their requirements and workflows
• Continuously improve product design based on user feedback and industry best practices
• Collaborate directly with product and development teams as an integral design partner

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for software products, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate processes and validate ideas
• Specific background in B2B SaaS software design; familiarity with metrics like MRR, CAC, and LTV
• Strong awareness of current trends in software design and user interface development
• Knowledge of agency or consulting environments that you can apply to product design decisions
• Fluent German and good English language skills for communication with customers and international team members
• Bonus: Experience with professional services automation tools or deep understanding of agency and project-based service provider workflows
