About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their product team in Hamburg. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the visual and experiential future of an established ERP platform serving agencies, consultancies, and project-based service providers.
You'll work at the heart of a significant design transformation, collaborating directly with product management and development teams to create intuitive, modern interfaces that users genuinely enjoy working in. This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg with flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive UI/UX solutions in Figma based on product feature concepts, providing active feedback from a design perspective rather than simply executing specifications
- Create and refine user experience flows that feel intuitive and cohesive for B2B software users
- Lead and contribute to a major platform redesign initiative, evolving the design language and visual identity
- Maintain regular contact with end users and customer-facing teams to deeply understand workflows, requirements, and pain points
- Advance the product's design system and ensure consistency across the platform
- Integrate AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate iteration and validation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing UI/UX for software products, with strong proficiency in tools like Figma and project management platforms
- Demonstrated experience in the B2B SaaS space with understanding of key metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV)
- Active awareness of current trends in software design and interface development
- Experience incorporating AI tools into your design process to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Fluent German and good English for communication with users and international team members
- Background or familiarity with agency, consulting, or project-based service environments is a strong plus
- Portfolio demonstrating B2B software design work
