Position Summary
Lilt is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our strategic growth engine. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving effective demand generation programs and turning them into revenue through outbound and inbound motions. You will work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline, accelerate adoption, and position Lilt as the market leader in enterprise AI translation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute effective demand generation programs that align with our brand and product positioning.
- Work closely with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into the sales process.
- Create compelling content and messaging that highlights Lilt's unique value proposition in the market.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize demand generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline, accelerate adoption, and position Lilt as the market leader in enterprise AI translation.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced GTM Engineer who can bring innovative ideas to our growth engine. You should have experience in demand generation, content creation, and working across multiple departments. A deep understanding of the AI translation market is preferred.
