Role Overview
Vanta is seeking a GRC Pre-Sales Consultant/Solutions Engineer to join our team. As part of the Sales team, you will serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on the end-to-end solution. This role requires a focus on customer needs and an attention to detail that ensures technical fit and creates innovative solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
- Participate in strategic discovery and deal qualification by partnering with Account Executives to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points, validating use cases for Vanta's platform.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Create and present technical solutions that align with customers' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive GRC programmes tailored to each customer's unique requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in GRC, programme management, auditing, or compliance is preferred but not required. Vanta values a diverse skill set and encourages applications from all backgrounds.
- A strong understanding of security principles and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
