We are seeking a Graduate Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team at Partly. As a Graduate Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting clients and ensuring their successful implementation of our solutions. What You'll Do
- Support clients in understanding and utilizing Partly's solutions effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding processes
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and improve existing ones based on client feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technology and customer service
Requirements
- A recent graduate or early career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with software development concepts and basic programming skills <liStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in your role
