Solutions Engineer, Remote

Aperia Technologies seeks a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote position. Based in Brockton, Plymouth County, Aperia develops hardware and software that helps commercial fleet operators improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs.

About This Position

You'll be the bridge between customers and Aperia's fleet technology solutions in this full-time, remote role. Working from anywhere in the United States, you'll engage with commercial fleet operators to understand their operational challenges, demonstrate how our products address them, and support successful implementation and adoption across their operations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with fleet customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and customized presentations for prospective and existing customers
• Guide customers through onboarding, system integration, and optimization of our hardware and software offerings
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation
• Collect customer feedback and work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion and growth

Who We're Looking For

• Technical aptitude with ability to master complex hardware and software systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable explaining technical subjects to diverse audiences
• Customer-oriented professional with genuine interest in solving business problems
• Experience in fleet management, commercial transportation, IoT devices, or technical customer-facing roles preferred
• Self-motivated individual equipped to work productively in a remote environment
• Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, growing organization
