About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' achievement and satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers with clear, structured training to ensure successful service adoption
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and escalations
• Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to deepen engagement and value delivery
• Monitor customer health metrics and satisfaction, flagging at-risk accounts for intervention
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
• Document interactions and maintain detailed account records using our CRM systems
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to inform product improvements
