About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in a contract search for an AI Evaluation Specialist. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Our talent team is looking for professionals who can assess and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to support enterprise-level model training initiatives.

Your domain expertise and analytical skills will directly influence how advanced AI systems learn and perform. No prior AI development experience is required—we value your ability to evaluate quality, accuracy, and logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against detailed quality rubrics, assessing accuracy, relevance, and guideline adherence
  • Apply consistent and impartial judgment across high volumes of examples to ensure fair and reliable assessments
  • Identify reasoning gaps, tool-use failures, and logic errors in AI responses, providing actionable feedback for model improvement
  • Produce clear, concise written feedback highlighting both strengths and improvement areas
  • Participate in discussions on rubric interpretation and evolving quality standards to optimize processes
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations and recommendations for transparency and traceability

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in grading, quality assurance, editorial review, assessment, annotation, or similar analytical roles requiring detailed feedback
  • Advanced daily use of AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude as essential productivity tools
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively in writing
  • Background in process improvement, rubric development, or operational quality assessment in enterprise or educational settings
  • Strong critical thinking skills with focus on consistency, integrity, and fairness
  • Ability to work independently on large volumes of similar examples while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset for sharing insights, discussing ambiguous cases, and refining evaluation criteria
