About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Hamburg seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their product development team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of an established enterprise resource planning platform serving the architecture and planning sector.
You'll be working on a significant design transformation project, creating intuitive user experiences in Figma while collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in Hamburg with flexibility to work remotely several days per week.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences based on product management concepts for a B2B ERP solution
- Create and refine UX flows to ensure software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
- Evolve and maintain the product's design language and visual identity
- Lead design work on a major product redesign initiative, shaping the look and feel of core features
- Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and workflows
- Provide proactive UI/UX feedback on feature concepts rather than passively implementing specifications
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design processes and validate ideas more efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for software products with strong proficiency in Figma and project management tools
- Specific experience designing for B2B SaaS environments; familiarity with metrics like MRR, CAC, and LTV
- Active integration of AI tools into your design workflow
- Strong awareness of current trends in software design and digital product aesthetics
- Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency for team and customer communication
- Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or planning office environments is a significant advantage but not required
- Drive and enthusiasm for keeping pace with evolving design trends and best practices
