About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-scaling consumer AI platform in its search for a Senior Product Manager based remotely in Europe (Germany preferred). Our client has reached tens of millions of users and is among the fastest-growing companies in applied AI. This is a hands-on product role for someone who ships features, not just roadmaps.
You will work embedded in an engineering squad, partnering directly with technical leadership to identify high-impact opportunities, build prototypes using AI-assisted tooling, launch experiments, and iterate based on real user data. This is not a traditional PM role—you'll be expected to contribute code, open pull requests, and move features from concept to production with minimal handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery: research the problem, choose an approach, prototype and build solutions using AI coding assistants, ship experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate independently
- Use AI tools daily for prototyping, analysis, debugging, and feature development—treating tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as core parts of your workflow
- Prioritize ruthlessly: identify the highest-leverage opportunities from a wide pool of ideas, design minimal viable experiments, and validate assumptions before scaling
- Define success metrics upfront, analyze live experiment results, and use data to decide whether to iterate, expand, or stop
- Collaborate directly with engineering leads, designers, and co-founders to define priorities, surface blockers early, and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams
- Challenge assumptions constructively and find alternative paths forward when obstacles arise
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping functional features, experiments, or prototypes using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
- Strong fluency in data-driven product decisions: you've run A/B tests or product experiments, defined metrics that matter, and used results to shape what gets built next
- Self-directed exploration of AI tools and techniques—you actively seek out and test new capabilities without waiting for formal project assignments
- Ownership mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity by investigating and testing rather than waiting for complete instructions; you care more about outcomes than process
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders; fully fluent in English
- Attention to user experience quality and a commitment to shipping intuitive, engaging products
- Comfort working on products powered by uncensored AI models and user-generated content
- Bonus: design fluency to prompt usable UI independently; experience at a fast-scaling D2C or consumer tech company; background in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or high-touch media
