About the Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered solutions for frontline operations across hospitality and multi-location businesses. They're looking for a Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to join their product team in Berlin-Mitte.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the entire product stack—mobile app, web application, and API. You'll ship features to real customers in your first week and own complete features end-to-end from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship features across mobile (React Native), web (Next.js), and backend (Node.js, Postgres)
  • Take features from specification through to production release, working independently after your initial ramp-up period
  • Own the features you build post-launch, including addressing bugs and customer-reported issues
  • Develop internal tooling that enables sales and support teams to self-serve their data needs
  • Engage directly with end users and operators to understand how they interact with your work
  • Collaborate with agents and AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full accountability for code quality and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of professional experience building and shipping web or mobile products
  • Strong product sense: you care deeply about UX, clarity, and the small details that make software feel polished
  • Comfort working across the full stack, or deep expertise on one side with genuine curiosity about the other
  • Proactive communication style—you ask questions early rather than working around blockers silently
  • Experience working with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and the ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn: TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Postgres, Prisma

Bonus qualifications:

  • Experience building AI product features (LLMs, agents, workflows, evaluation systems)
  • Mobile development experience, particularly with React Native or Expo
  • Previous work at a small company or startup where you saw features move from concept to customer
