About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their digital medication management solutions. This role sits at the intersection of pharmacy, medicine, and healthcare technology, offering you the chance to apply your clinical knowledge while gaining valuable experience in digital health innovation. Our client develops software that supports hospitals in optimizing medication processes and patient safety.
This position is location-flexible across Germany and can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Support the product management team in developing digital medication management software
- Research medical and pharmaceutical topics and prepare findings for product concepts and technical decisions
- Analyze requirements from clinical settings and assist with evaluating new functionality from a professional healthcare perspective
- Contribute to creating technical concepts, presentations, and product documentation
- Monitor trends and regulatory developments in digital health, medication management, pharmacy processes, and drug therapy safety
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Informatics, Health Informatics, Digital Health, or a comparable healthcare and digitalization-focused program
- Alternatively: completed vocational training as a nurse, emergency medical technician, surgical technical assistant (OTA), or pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA) and currently studying in a health-related field
- Strong interest in drug therapy safety, medication processes, and digitalization in healthcare
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for conceptual work
- Excellent German language skills required
