Our client operates innovative retail locations where customer experience, lifestyle, and well-being meet cutting-edge product innovation. We're seeking a Working Student Store Assistant to join their Hamburg location and create inspiring in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and authentic product enthusiasm
• Create an inspiring atmosphere that makes the store a destination for customers seeking lifestyle experiences
• Deliver personalized consultations that match customer needs with innovative product solutions
• Maintain focus on sales targets and consistently work to exceed performance goals
• Stay composed and effective during high-traffic periods while maintaining service quality
• Represent the brand values authentically in every customer interaction
• Work flexible shifts Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or sales experience (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor, or similar roles)
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, tech, or wellness sectors is a strong plus
• Sales-driven mindset with a genuine passion for closing and exceeding targets
• Natural charisma and ability to inspire customer enthusiasm
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and peak retail hours
• Genuine interest in well-being, beauty innovation, and lifestyle products
• Very strong German language skills; good English for daily customer contact
• Ability to remain calm and effective during busy store periods
• Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent status)
