TX Associate Child & Family Therapist | Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization focused on family mental health services. Our client is seeking pre-licensed therapists in Texas to provide virtual care to children and families across the state.

This is a remote role requiring availability during afternoon hours (after 3:30 PM) or weekends. You'll work with children, parents, and families using evidence-based therapeutic approaches while receiving clinical supervision toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families in virtual sessions
• Conduct clinical intakes, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and data in the electronic health record system
• Participate in individual supervision meetings and group supervision sessions
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance programs and service delivery
• Contribute to clinical content development and best practice initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas pre-licensure credential (LPC-A, LMFT-A, or LMSW)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child and family therapy
• At least 750 supervision hours remaining toward full licensure
• Availability to work afternoons (after 3:30 PM) or weekends
• Strong clinical skills with creativity in therapeutic approaches for young clients
• Commitment to family-centered, holistic mental health care
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital tools
