Site Contract Specialist I

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Site Contract Specialist I to join their Latin America operations team. This home-based position in Colombia offers an exciting opportunity to support clinical trial start-up activities in a dynamic, multi-functional environment where you'll gain exposure to legal, financial, and operational aspects of clinical research.

As part of the study startup team, you'll play a critical role in negotiating site budgets, managing clinical trial agreements, and coordinating with legal teams, project managers, and research sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate site budgets with clinical research sites
• Facilitate the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants between legal counsel, project teams, and study sites
• Customize and prepare contractually binding site-specific documents in cooperation with the legal department
• Track CTA and investigator grant negotiation status in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
• Prepare executable versions of contracts, including grants, and coordinate the signature process
• File executed contracts in the Trial Master File and maintain local documentation
• Liaise with project teams, translation services, and legal departments on site contracting and grant negotiation matters
• Provide support to study startup team activities as needed

What We're Looking For

• College or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written (required)
• Previous experience working with study startup operations (required)
• Experience with finance and negotiation (desirable)
• Knowledge and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites (a plus)
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to plan and work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
