What You'll Do

- Maintain accurate logbooks and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, ETA, and scheduling updates
- Properly secure loads using flatbed-specific securing techniques

Pay & Incentives

Lease-purchase drivers receive 75% of available loads plus 100% fuel surcharge reimbursement. New hires qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid over six months) and $1,000 transition pay.
