About the Role

As our Social Media Assistant Manager, you'll play a central role in amplifying Samyang America's voice across social platforms while building genuine connections with Spanish-speaking and bilingual communities. You'll support our social media strategy, develop engaging bilingual content, and help drive brand awareness among audiences passionate about bold innovation and food experiences that spark joy and conversation.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish engaging social media content in English and Spanish across multiple platforms
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries thoughtfully and promptly
• Develop bilingual content calendars and strategies that speak authentically to diverse audience segments
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and brand initiatives
• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize content performance
• Identify emerging digital trends and cultural moments that align with our brand narrative
• Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to amplify product launches and brand storytelling

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
• Proven experience managing social media accounts or supporting social media teams
• Strong writing and content creation abilities with flexibility across platforms and formats
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and online culture
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
