About the Role
As QA/QC Specialist at Samyang America, you'll be essential to our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. This full-time position focuses on inspecting, testing, and verifying that every product meets our rigorous standards before reaching consumers. You'll work closely with our production and operations teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous quality improvement across our manufacturing operations in Orange County.
What You'll Do
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, contamination, or deviations from specifications
- Conduct quality tests and document results accurately, maintaining comprehensive QA/QC records
- Verify products meet food safety regulations, labeling standards, and internal quality requirements
- Identify quality issues and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in quality assurance, product inspection, or QC roles within manufacturing or food production
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent quality standards
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methods, and regulatory compliance in food manufacturing
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with ability to maintain detailed records
- Clear communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant QA/QC experience strongly preferred
