We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking driven individuals for a structured trainee program in Berlin. This is not a traditional employee role—our client is looking for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build their own consulting practice with comprehensive support and certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete certified industry qualifications (§ 34d & § 34f GewO) with structured guidance and support
• Develop expertise in financial consulting and investment advisory for academic professionals and high-earning clients
• Build and manage your own client relationships from initial contact through complex solution delivery
• Learn the complete value chain of modern financial advisory, from strategy development to deal closing
• Participate in high-level networking activities and develop communication skills for engaging with decision-makers
• Transition toward independent consulting practice with ongoing organizational support

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree (business, law, humanities, or related field), commercial apprenticeship, or near completion of studies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Confident, empathetic communication style with ability to explain complex financial topics clearly
• Commitment to continuous professional development and obtaining industry certifications
• Motivated career changers with determination and learning aptitude are explicitly welcome
• German language proficiency required for client interaction and IHK certification process
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
