[ANZ] Senior Systems Enablement Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food technology organization seeking a Senior Systems Enablement Manager for their Sydney office. This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy and delivery of complex technology systems across ANZ operations. You'll work with significant autonomy, leading technical readiness initiatives, conducting gap analyses between global blueprints and local market requirements, and shaping operational playbooks for launch teams.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete strategy, scope, and delivery of complex system launches across the ANZ region
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and RAID logs while proactively mitigating risks and managing cross-functional dependencies
• Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global technology blueprints against local ANZ requirements, using data to challenge proposals
• Own technical readiness workstreams by partnering with local operations teams, global value stream mapping teams, and global technology squads
• Design and execute rollout training strategies, tracking system adoption rates and minimizing manual workarounds
• Lead hypercare periods for high-risk launches, coordinating rapid issue resolution and conducting post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Act as the key interface representing ANZ market needs to global product and technology teams while managing local and global stakeholder relationships

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, methodologies, and launch interdependencies
• Proven experience independently managing projects in supply chain or operational teams
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects without compromising delivery timelines
• Proven track record in adapting communication styles to manage multi-level, cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to analyze data for decision-making
