We are representing a confidential UK-based organization seeking a Telesales Representative to join their remote team. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa while engaging with UK markets during UK business hours. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
• Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of telesales or outbound calling experience
• Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
• Availability to work UK business hours from South Africa
