Senior developer – PS Innovations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Developer to join their Professional Services innovation team. This role focuses on building and optimizing data-driven solutions for global enterprise clients. You'll work at the intersection of customer requirements, data engineering, and analytics delivery, helping organizations transform raw data into actionable insights.

This is a full-time position based in India, working with international teams and customers across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with business customers to gather and understand technical requirements
• Collaborate with data science teams on discovery, extraction, loading, transformation, and analysis workflows
• Define and execute data cleansing processes to verify integrity of customer datasets
• Implement and improve data pipelines using modern data modeling and ETL/ELT best practices
• Build, enhance, and optimize high-quality analytics models
• Deliver on specific customer requirements and relay feedback, issues, and feature requests to engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and operational processes
• Visualize and present findings to stakeholders through clear demonstrations
• Perform knowledge transfer sessions with customer and internal teams
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate global customer and team interactions

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science or Data Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and real-time analytics solutions

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on application development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or ELK stack is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Java, NodeJS, or Python
• Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT development
• Proficiency with REST API, JSON, and AWS services
• Practical experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, or Python for application development
• Experience with AWS application services including Lambda, ECS Fargate, EKS, Docker, SQS, and related technologies
• Background with contact center platforms is an added advantage

Professional Qualities:

• Proven ability to deliver projects independently
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to context switch between projects
• Curiosity and passion for data quality, analysis, and model development
• Excellent communication, initiative, and coordination skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to both experts and business stakeholders
• Comfort working across cultural, language, and time zone variations
