Airship

Join Airship as a Technology Partnerships Manager for the EMEA region, based in the United Kingdom. As a full-time individual contributor, you'll drive strategic alliances with leading software partners and generate revenue through collaborative go-to-market initiatives. This role involves up to 25% travel for partner meetings, industry events, and field engagements.

About This Position

The Partnerships function at Airship builds and strengthens business relationships with technology vendors and agencies to co-deliver customer engagement solutions and deepen Airship's footprint across the MarTech landscape. We're seeking a hands-on Technology Partnerships Manager to own a portfolio of strategic integration partners—including platforms like Google Cloud, Twilio, Salesforce, and leading CDP, analytics, and personalization vendors—and generate measurable pipeline and revenue within your region by identifying, cultivating, and influencing joint sales opportunities.

Core Duties

  • Design and execute co-sell playbooks with priority technology partners; define joint target accounts and coordinate between Airship account executives and partner sales teams to maintain visibility and momentum.
  • Generate new pipeline through direct outreach, joint positioning workshops, and introductions facilitated by partner networks; expedite existing opportunities by leveraging partner insights, providing deal support, introducing new contacts, and articulating integration value.
  • Bridge Airship's Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product functions to align partner strategies with regional go-to-market priorities.
  • Represent Airship at partner summits, technology forums, and industry events to surface and advance partnership-driven opportunities.
  • Measure partner contribution to pipeline and revenue targets using partner intelligence platforms (such as Crossbeam) to assess effectiveness and refine strategy.
  • Establish and nurture tier-one partner relationships through structured business planning, scheduled check-ins, and quarterly reviews; act as the primary day-to-day contact between partners and Airship regional teams.
  • Equip partner sales and support teams with Airship messaging, battle cards, and integration briefs; ensure internal Airship teams understand partner capabilities and can serve as informed liaisons.
  • Screen emerging technology vendors for fit, shared customer base, technical compatibility, and strategic synergy before adding them to the partnership roster.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded materials, joint campaigns, and event initiatives that amplify partnership visibility.
  • Work with Product teams across both organisations to identify integration opportunities, refine existing connectors, and bring joint solutions to market that solve real customer and market problems.

Requirements

  • Seven to ten years of hands-on experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel-focused sales roles within SaaS and MarTech environments.
  • Proven ability to generate partner-sourced or influenced revenue in a quota or target-accountable partnerships function.
  • Active relationships and credibility within the MarTech partner ecosystem, including CDPs, marketing automation platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer engagement and personalization software vendors.
  • Strong business sense coupled with the ability to trace partner activities back to pipeline, win rates, and revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to learn and discuss integration workflows, APIs, and customer data flows in partner conversations and internal strategy sessions without a technical background.
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a SaaS business.
  • Polished communication and presentation capabilities; skill in persuading and aligning internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Willingness to experiment with or learn emerging artificial intelligence tools and workflows.
