About the Role

As a Client Relationship Consultant 1 at U.S. Bank, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Racine branch, helping them navigate everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to deepen their financial relationships. What You'll Do

• Greet customers professionally and assess their banking inquiries
• Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate U.S. Bank products and services
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Resolve basic service issues or escalate complex matters to the appropriate team member
• Participate in branch initiatives that promote financial literacy and community engagement
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve branch sales and service goals

What We're Looking For

• High school For
  • Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or a related financial role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly
  • Basic knowledge of banking products, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Comfort using desktop banking systems and standard office software
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule, including occasional evenings or Saturdays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or business is a plus
