Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist – 24hr (Bilingual – Spanish)

U.S. Bank is seeking a full-time Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist – 24hr (Bilingual – Spanish) in Charleston, Kanawha County. This is an in-person position supporting our customers across all hours with fluency in both English and Spanish.

As a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice and support our customers rely on when they need help with their accounts, transactions, and financial questions. Working in our Charleston location, you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Your bilingual abilities will make you an essential part of our diverse, customer-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding accounts, balances, transactions, and banking services
• Provide support in English and Spanish, assisting both monolingual and bilingual customers
• Resolve customer concerns and questions about products, policies, and account activity
• Document interactions accurately and follow all compliance and quality standards
• Guide customers toward appropriate financial solutions and services
• Work assigned shifts across the 24-hour operation schedule
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and productivity

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center, bank, or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
• Willingness to work shifts that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
• Attention to detail and accuracy with customer information
