Aya Healthcare is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Highland Park, Texas, Texas. This full-time position offers competitive weekly compensation of $2,347 to $2,572, with a start date of July 20, 2026.

About the Role

Join Aya Healthcare as a traveling Physical Therapist and deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic Dallas-area clinical setting. You'll work a consistent day shift—5 days per week, 8 hours per day—providing the stability and professional focus that supports both your clinical excellence and work-life balance during your contract period.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
  • Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality-based interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
  • Document clinical findings and communicate outcomes with the care team
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff

What We're Looking For

  • Active Texas physical therapy license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
  • Clinical experience in acute care, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical communication abilities
  • Ability to pass background check and credential verification
