Role Overview

Aya Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated MRI Technician to join our team in Lees Summit, Missouri. This full-time position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $1,862 to $2,098 and will be working rotating shifts for 5 days per week, each lasting 8 hours. The contract duration is set at 12 weeks, with the start date scheduled for August 17, 2026.

Core Duties

  • Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols and procedures
  • Ensure patient safety by explaining the process and addressing any concerns
  • Operate MRI equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and examination results
  • Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Skills & Qualifications

  • Certified MRI Technologist (CMRT) or eligible for certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in MRI or related field is preferred but not required
