About the Role

This part‑time position focuses on welcoming individuals who come to the Mission, offering clear guidance, and ensuring they reach the appropriate area or service. You’ll work under the direction of the Operations Manager or a designated Chaplain, helping to create a respectful and orderly environment for everyone who walks through the doors.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests upon arrival with a courteous and welcoming demeanor
• Listen to guests’ needs and provide accurate information about available programs and facilities
• Escort or direct guests to their intended destinations within the Mission campus
• Maintain a tidy and organized lobby or reception area
• Monitor guest flow and alert staff to any situations that require attention
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel
