Trinetix

Trinetix is seeking an experienced Presale Consultant to join its growing team in Poland. In this full-time role, you will engage enterprise clients during early discovery, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and collaborate with architects to develop competitive proposals.

Role Overview

The Presale Consultant serves as the vital connection between client business requirements and technical solution delivery at Trinetix. You will act as the client's advocate throughout the proposal development cycle, partnering closely with our Sales and Delivery teams to craft solutions that genuinely address client needs. Your responsibilities extend from conducting discovery sessions and facilitating stakeholder workshops to presenting comprehensive recommendations to executive-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business priorities, constraints, and success criteria
  • Work with the Sales team to translate requirements into compelling solution narratives and positioning
  • Collaborate with solution architects, UX specialists, and engineering leaders to design robust technical approaches
  • Convert business objectives into formal requirements documents, architecture vision statements, and POC scopes
  • Facilitate estimation workshops, ensuring engineering teams fully understand requirements and underlying assumptions
  • Develop presale materials including proposals, presentations, and financial models both independently and through team collaboration
  • Present solutions to client leadership, articulating how your proposals directly address their business goals
  • Navigate competing priorities between Sales and Delivery to maintain proposal integrity and execution feasibility
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Trinetix's presale practices, templates, and methodologies

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7+ years working in technology services, IT consulting, or similar client-facing advisory capacities
  • Strong track record in business analysis, product strategy, and client engagement across diverse industry verticals
  • Proven experience facilitating client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured ideation sessions
  • Solid working knowledge of solution architecture, UX/UI design principles, and software development practices
  • Demonstrated success translating business requirements into technical specifications with architects and engineering teams
  • Comfort operating effectively within presales realities: compressed timelines, incomplete information, and evolving client priorities
  • Hands-on experience managing both interactive presales conversations and formal RFP response cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and facilitating strategic conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Proficiency creating polished, well-structured presentations and documents using standard office tools—comfortable working independently when design support isn't immediately available
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Preferred qualifications: hands-on experience with AI tools in presales workflows; background in healthcare or telecom sectors
