Technical Project & Support Consultant (f/m/d) – Legal Software

This hybrid role combines project management, technical support, and customer success responsibilities, making you the central point of contact between clients and internal development teams throughout the software implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage software implementation projects from planning through go-live, including workshops, requirements documentation, and milestone tracking
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution and implementation concepts
• Coordinate project plans, resources, and risks while serving as the interface between customers and Product, Development, and Support teams
• Handle complex customer inquiries at the 2nd-level support tier
• Perform technical troubleshooting using databases, log files, and existing systems to support root cause analysis
• Support data migrations, system configurations, and custom customer requirements
• Deliver customer training sessions and end-user workshops
• Identify optimization opportunities and advise customers on process improvements
• Ensure customers achieve long-term success throughout their entire lifecycle with the platform

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role such as Application Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant, IT Project Manager, Support Consultant, or Customer Success Manager within a software environment
• Degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification; legal background is a plus
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Wrike
• Strong technical understanding of software applications, databases, and system landscapes
• Practical SQL skills with ability to create and analyze database queries
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and understanding code structures to identify root causes
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
• Excellent German and English language skills; French is a plus
• Structured and analytical working style with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident communication skills when working with customers and diverse stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS, software, or Legal Tech environments is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and team collaboration
