(Senior) Creative Concept Developer / Konzeptioner (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sports marketing agency seeking a Senior Creative Concept Developer to craft compelling brand stories for their clients. In this role, you will:

• Develop creative leading ideas and translate insights and strategic challenges into strong communication concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences
• Create concepts for social media and traditional communication channels, as well as fan activations, event appearances, and exceptional experiences
• Develop brand positioning, narratives, and activation strategies for companies and sponsors looking to effectively position or evolve their brand in sports
• Lead client presentations and pitches, showcasing your creative work and presentation skills
• Work across interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that connect brands with sports audiences

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Media or Communication Sciences, Sports Communication, or comparable qualification
• Minimum five years of professional experience in concept development at creative (sports) agencies
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to work in a structured manner and distill complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Deep intrinsic interest in new trends, innovations, sport, and marketing
• Passion for excellent storytelling and ability to craft engaging narratives across different channels in media-appropriate ways
• Outstanding linguistic and design capabilities enabling you to create exceptional client presentations (PowerPoint and AI tools are your secret weapons)
• Ability to work both strategically and unconventionally to develop fresh creative approaches
• Team player comfortable working in cross-functional groups while also working independently and with personal accountability
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills
• Portfolio showcasing selected concepts, campaigns, or written work required with application
