About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be the engine driving our candidate pipeline, partnering with hiring managers and the recruiting team to fill open positions across Judi Health. You'll develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to connect with qualified professionals in healthcare technology, pharmacy, and enterprise benefits.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry channels relevant to healthcare and health benefits
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
- Build and maintain an organized candidate database to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines
- Track sourcing performance metrics and report on recruitment pipeline activity
- Research industry trends and refine sourcing techniques to attract stronger candidate pools
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple open positions and maintain organized workflows
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, health insurance, or technology recruiting is strongly preferred
- Resourcefulness, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
