About the Role
As Assistant Maintenance Coordinator at Auben Realty, you'll serve as a key bridge between our properties, maintenance teams, and residents. Your focus will be on overseeing the preservation and upkeep of our real estate holdings, ensuring every maintenance task is properly assessed, thoroughly documented, and executed to our high standards.
What You'll Do
- Review and process incoming work orders, verifying they contain all necessary information for assignment
- Ensure work orders meet our maintenance department's documentation and completeness standards
- Communicate with residents and property owners regarding maintenance requests and progress
- Track and monitor work order completion from initial submission through final inspection
- Coordinate between residents, owners, and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Support the maintenance team in meeting quality and timeliness objectives
