Auben Realty is seeking a Director of Brokerage & Sales to lead sales operations and broker management in our Bedford, Tarrant County office. This is a full-time leadership position for a results-driven real estate professional ready to build and develop a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

As Director of Brokerage & Sales, you will oversee all sales-related functions and broker operations for Auben Realty. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on team development, requiring someone who can both drive revenue growth and mentor agents toward their full potential.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance targets and holding team members accountable to measurable results
• Build and sustain strong relationships with brokers and agents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top real estate talent
• Coach and mentor agents in sales techniques, client relations, and professional growth
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to keep Auben Realty aligned with industry standards
• Ensure consistent, excellent customer service across all client interactions and transactions
• Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate operations and support sales objectives
