6149-DePuy Synthes Products Legal Entity seeks a Senior Director of Learning, Performance, and Inclusion for its Orthopedics division. This full-time role, based in the US, offers the opportunity to shape organizational culture and capability across a critical medical device segment.
About the Role
In this senior leadership position, you'll drive the development and execution of learning, talent performance, and inclusion strategies within our Orthopedics business unit. You'll work with cross-functional stakeholders to build programs that enhance employee engagement, develop critical competencies, and foster a workplace where diverse perspectives strengthen our ability to innovate and serve surgeons and patients worldwide.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and oversee comprehensive learning programs aligned with Orthopedics business objectives and career development pathways
- Develop performance management frameworks that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement across the division
- Champion inclusion initiatives that ensure equitable opportunities and belonging for all team members
- Partner with divisional leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted interventions
- Monitor program effectiveness through metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies based on outcomes
- Build and mentor a team responsible for executing learning, performance, and inclusion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management, or related HR disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale programs in performance management or inclusion
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate the ROI of people-focused initiatives to senior leaders
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems and talent data analytics tools
