• Engage respectfully and positively with residents, prospects, and visitors to strengthen our community's reputation
• Perform groundskeeping tasks including landscaping, yard maintenance, and exterior upkeep
• Support resident retention by upholding exceptional cleanliness standards that enhance satisfaction
• Demonstrate a customer-centered service approach in every interaction and responsibility
• Work proactively to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
