As a Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN on the day shift at Altercare in Thornville, you will plan, coordinate, and provide skilled nursing care that meets the highest professional standards. The position offers flexible scheduling with both 12-hour and 8-hour shift options, and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and carry out individualized nursing care plans for residents.
• Deliver direct patient care in full compliance with current state and federal nursing regulations.
• Monitor resident conditions, document observations, and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Working knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.
• Availability for the day shift, with flexibility for 12-hour or 8-hour assignments.
