About the Role

As a Principle Specialist focused on FP&A Development Pricing, you will support the financial planning and analysis function that shapes how RTX prices its development efforts. This is a hybrid, full-time position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. Because the work falls under a program that restricts data access, U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine pricing models that guide development program proposals and estimates.
• Partner with cross-functional finance, engineering, and program teams to align cost assumptions with business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform pricing recommendations.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting and forecasts for leadership review.
• Contribute to the broader FP&A planning cycle, including budgeting and variance analysis tied to development activity.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as access to program information is limited to U.S. citizens; no active security clearance is required.
• A background in financial planning and analysis, pricing, costing, or a closely related finance discipline.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with comfort working across large data sets.
• Ability to translate financial insight clearly for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule from the East Hartford, Hartford County location.
