About the Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of one or more residential communities in Sycaway, Rensselaer County. Working on-site with United Group of Companies, a vertically integrated leader in real estate development and management for more than 50 years, you will help ensure that residents, investors, and partners feel welcome, connected, and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the complete operation of assigned residential properties, balancing occupancy, retention, and financial performance.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to their needs and concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate on-site staff to deliver consistent service standards.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and property improvements to keep communities well cared for.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting to support each property's goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential real estate, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve issues effectively.
• Solid understanding of property operations, leasing, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in Sycaway, Rensselaer County.
