Digital Program Lead- Must have a secret clearance with Security Clearance

RTX is hiring a Digital Program Lead for our Tucson, Pima County facility. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring an active, transferable U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Program Lead to direct the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives at our Tucson location. You'll manage cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation projects, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy in a security-cleared environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end digital program planning, execution, and delivery to meet organizational objectives
• Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across the enterprise
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report progress and outcomes to leadership
• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with company goals and mission
• Identify and manage program risks, scope changes, and resource constraints
• Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments and organizational levels

What We're Looking For

• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance (required prior to start date)
• U.S. citizenship (required — only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearance eligibility)
• Demonstrated experience leading digital programs or large, complex projects
• Proven program management and organizational capabilities
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
