About the Role
As QA Lead at Innosoul inc, you will own the quality strategy for a Denver-based program supporting judicial operations. This is a hybrid, locally based position centered on auditing, application validation, and maintaining ongoing regulatory compliance throughout a 12-month engagement. Because the work requires close coordination with on-site teams, candidates must be local to the Denver, Colorado area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality inspection, auditing, and testing activities across applications and supporting systems.
- Design and execute QA processes that validate functionality, data integrity, and database accuracy.
- Monitor and uphold ongoing compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track defects, document findings, and report on quality metrics to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and auditors to resolve issues and improve testing coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspection, auditing, and software testing.
- Strong technical aptitude with proven knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Familiarity with maintaining compliance in regulated or public-sector environments is a plus.
- Must be local to Denver, CO and available for hybrid, on-site work.
