Registered Nurse RN – Day Shift – Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

Join Altercare's clinical team as a Registered Nurse in Brimfield, Portage County, serving patients in our post-acute rehabilitation center. We're seeking compassionate, skilled RNs for full-time and part-time day shift positions to deliver excellent patient-centered care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Altercare, you'll provide direct clinical care to patients in our rehabilitation facility, coordinating treatment plans and supporting patient recovery goals. You'll work day shifts in a collaborative healthcare environment where your expertise makes a measurable difference in patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Communicate with patients and families to support their understanding of treatment and recovery
• Ensure infection control and maintain a safe, clean patient environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Ability to work day shift schedules (full-time or part-time)
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality care standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
