Join Coupa Software as a full-time Account Director, Customer Growth in our Atlanta, Fulton County office. We're seeking an experienced account leader to drive customer success and revenue expansion for businesses leveraging our leading spend management platform.

About the Role

As an Account Director, Customer Growth, you'll partner with our most strategic customers to unlock the full value of Coupa's AI-powered solutions. Your focus will be expanding account relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve their business objectives through intelligent spend optimization and platform adoption.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account strategies that drive customer expansion and long-term value creation
• Build and nurture executive relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer business needs
• Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Monitor account health, engagement, and risk factors to drive proactive interventions
• Track account metrics, forecast revenue growth, and report on expansion initiatives
• Serve as the primary customer advocate internally, translating feedback into actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and driving measurable revenue growth
• Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills with C-suite stakeholders
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or business process solutions
• Ability to translate complex customer challenges into strategic technology solutions
• Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and account management capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in account management or sales
