Help enterprises harness artificial intelligence to reshape how they manage spend, optimize procurement, and drive measurable profitability through intelligent decision-making and automated workflows.
About the Role
As an AI Business Transformation & Design Strategist at Coupa Software, you'll work at the nexus of technology and business value creation. Your responsibility is guiding enterprise organizations through transformational change initiatives powered by our industry-leading total spend management platform and AI-driven insights. You'll help clients move from reactive procurement to predictive, prescriptive, and automated spending strategies that unlock competitive advantage.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead business transformation engagements with enterprise customers, focusing on AI-powered spend optimization and procurement modernization
- Translate spend intelligence and market data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable financial and operational value
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and strategy sessions to uncover high-impact opportunities for intelligent automation and decision support
- Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases that articulate the financial impact of AI-enabled procurement and spend management
- Partner with Coupa's technical and product teams to ensure customer objectives align with platform capabilities and best practices
- Guide enterprise stakeholders through adoption and scaling of AI-driven insights across finance, supply chain, procurement, and category management
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation, enterprise strategy, or management consulting
- Deep expertise in enterprise procurement, spend management, supply chain operations, or related business functions
- Ability to translate technical and analytical concepts for executive and operational audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with comfort interpreting data-driven insights
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics applications in enterprise business contexts
