About the Role

As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you'll design and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels for a diverse roster of clients. You'll own campaign strategy from planning through optimization, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and scaled growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client business objectives and budget constraints
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social, and display channels
• Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to inform channel selection and targeting
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bidding, creative, and audience targeting for continuous improvement
• Build and present data-driven insights and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising tools and tactics
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to align creative with campaign goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with documented results and ROI
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform
• Ability to interpret analytics, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Experience working with agency or consulting clients across multiple industries preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships independently
• Self-directed work style suited for remote collaboration
